Excessive sweating occurs when someone sweats without the triggers of heat or physical activity. This can have a big impact on how people feel about themselves and their day-to-day life. This is a medical condition called hyperhidrosis. But there are ways to deal with excessive sweating.

Pine Tar Soap cannot help with a medical condition but it does a very good job at controlling body odor when deodorants aren't used - even during heavy sweating. It has been known to help regulate the activity of sweat and sebaceous glands of the skin. Look at the stronger scented brands such as the Grandpa's brand.

2. Can Pine Tar Soap be used as a shampoo and does it rinse well?

Yes it can be used and rinses well just like any other form of shampoo, it is widely used as a form of shampoo, but this can vary on your type of hair and style. While it will add volume to your hair and leave you with silky soft hair, it's not really recommended for long straight hair and light colored hair.

3. Does Pine Tar Soap leave a soap residue or soap scum on your skin or bath?

Pine tar soap does a great job at cleaning and leaving you feeling soft, while not over-drying and does not leave a residue on your skin.

It also leaves no 'soap scum' in or around your bath tub as most good brands use natural ingredients.

Simply 'No', either use menthol or peppermint based soaps which would have this affect, but it would be temporary after all.

Pine Tar Soap is connected too and has been known to normalize the metabolism of tissues, as well as blood circulation.

6. Can Pine Tar Soap help with Rosacea?

In fact, many have had good results with using pine tar soap for the treatment Rosacea with some recommending the Grandpa's Brand.

While Pine Tar Soap will not cure Rosacea, but you can control it and minimize breakouts and flares.
